Dr Manish Marda is a well-known name in the field of neuroanesthesiology, neurocritical care and pain medicine. He is an efficient neuro doctor currently leading a dedicated team of neuroanesthesiology and neuro-critical care at Max hospital, Vaishali.
Worldwide, there is increased need felt for specialised and dedicated neurocritical care for neurosurgical and neurological patients. The treatment goals and methods are different in these patients and this requires additional qualification and experience. Dr Manish is one of few such specialist in India.
His expertise in neuromonitoring helps to conduct complex neurosurgical, spine and vascular procedures safely.
He is an experienced Neuroanesthesiologist, helps patients presenting with various neuropathic and spinal pain syndromes. He is an expert in performing various pain procedures like: transforaminal and epidural injection, facet joint injection, radiofrequency ablation, gasserian ganglion radiofrequency ablation, sympathectomy etc.
He after doing MBBS from SMS medical college, jaipur and MD from BJ medical college, Ahmedabad, joined All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi to do DM in neuroanesthesiology and critical care. In his more than 10 years of experience, he has worked at AIIMS, max hospital saket, Apollo hospital, Ahmedabad, Fortis hospital Noida and is currently working at Max hospital Vaishali.
In all these years his area of interest has been monitoring in neurosurgery and neurocritical care.
He has deep interest in academic activities as well. He has many national and international publications in indexed peer reviewed journals. He has been invited as faculty member in many national and international conferences. He has been part of fellowship programme in neuroanesthesiology and has trained many budding specialist in the field.
